Proxsis AMS, together with IPQI, recently supported Panasonic Industrial Components Indonesia with a Manufacturing Cost Analysis training activity held on 8–9 July 2026. The session brought participants together to strengthen practical understanding of manufacturing cost structure and connect cost analysis with day-to-day production decisions.
The activity covered cost breakdown, hidden factory and loss identification, and cost reduction priorities. Through discussion and practical cases, participants explored how structured cost analysis can support more measurable improvement decisions in manufacturing operations.
