Proxsis AMS recently supported Panasonic Industrial Components Indonesia with the first batch of a Manufacturing Cost Analysis training activity held on 24–25 June 2026. The session brought participants together to strengthen practical understanding of manufacturing costs and connect cost visibility with operational improvement needs.
The activity covered manufacturing cost structure, loss identification, and improvement prioritization. Through exercises and practical cases, participants explored how cost analysis can be applied in a more structured and measurable way within manufacturing operations.
